Deep Canvass Conversation Training
Work with us to help bridge the divide! Learn how to change hearts and minds, one conversation at a time.

Monthly Meeting- All Are Welcome!
Join us the 3rd Wednesday of every month! All are welcome.
We'll chat about action beyond rallies: strategies for nonviolent noncompliance. In August, we'll announce our endorsed candidates for VA's state elections this November.
Our working groups will give us updates and ask for support or volunteers if needed, so this is a great chance to jump into action if you're joining us for the first time!
**Please park in the grassy lot just past the main driveway, unless you have mobility needs. We want to reserve the parking lot for residents and folks who need accessible parking.

Ben Cline: Phone Jam August 4th
Join us for a single day of calls to Rep. Ben Cline, our congressman (our MAGA's congressman, let's be honest). It's in celebration of the national #50DaysofShame, in which we hold our representatives accountable using different tactics in communities everywhere.
Call from home! Stay in your pajamas! You don't have to go anywhere. We'll send you the talking points you need before the 4th, or feel free to speak from the heart. Call once, call several times. You might get a chance to talk with a staff member, or you may have to leave a message. Either way, it's all good. Ben will know we're paying attention.
Register here and get sample call scripts related to a variety of issues- pick your fave or call again and again!

Good Trouble Lives On
Good Trouble Lives On is a national day of nonviolent action to respond to the attacks posed on our civil and human rights by the Trump administration and to remind them that in America, the power lies with the people.
On July 17, the anniversary of Congressman John Lewis’s passing, we’re taking action across the country to defend our democracy and carry forward his legacy of Good Trouble.
From voter suppression bills like the SAVE Act to the criminalization of protest, the Trump administration is launching a full-scale attack on our civil and human rights. But we know the truth: in America, the power lies with the people, and we’re rising to prove it.
This is more than a protest; it’s a moral reckoning. A continuation of the movement Lewis helped lead, and a new front in the struggle for freedom.
Please note: A core principle behind our Good Trouble Lives On actions is a commitment to nonviolence in all we do. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

MAY DAY STRONG
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
